Custom orders are handled on a first come, first served basis. We keep a list of who is up next and we work on 1-3 knives at a time. you will be notified when your knife is ready to be started and we will keep you posted through out.
A 50% down payment is required before we begin working on your knife. It will be applied to the total cost of your knife, but it is non-refundable. You have 30 days upon completion of the blade to pay the remainder of the cost. If after 30 days you have not paid, your deposit will be forfeited and the knife will be put up for sale as inventory.
All knives have a lifetime warranty as well as free sharpening for life (just pay shipping.)
